Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you have parking?

While we do not have our own parking lot, there is a paid lot directly next to our building. Payment is easy via the Parkwell Kiosk or posted QR codes. The cost is $22/day or $16/ twelve hours. There is street parking, but please be mindful of the signage.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

As we are a small independent business, cancellations affect us greatly. We highly recommend acquiring trip insurance to protect your travel. The full amount of your stay will be charged if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your check-in.  All cancellations must be alerted by phone or email. Fees will be applied according to when communication was received. Please email us at reservations@theacomahouse.com

    GROUP BOOKINGS

Thank you for considering The Acoma House for your group booking. We understand that organizing large bookings requires careful planning, and we are here to assist you every step of the way. In order to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we have a cancellation policy specifically designed for group bookings of five or more rooms.

For group bookings, we kindly request a 50% nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation and allows us to allocate the necessary resources to accommodate your group. As a small boutique hotel, cancellations of large bookings can be particularly challenging for us, as it affects our ability to offer those rooms to other potential guests.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we highly recommend that you carefully review your plans before making the reservation. We encourage you to reach out to our friendly staff if you have any questions or concerns regarding your booking, as we are always here to assist you.

We genuinely appreciate your understanding and support of our cancellation policy. By adhering to this policy, you enable us to continue providing exceptional service to all our guests. We look forward to welcoming you and your group to The Acoma House and ensuring a memorable stay for everyone.

We do our best to accommodate  guest requests whenever possible.  Additionally we have free locker storage located in our basement lounge that you are welcome to use from the moment you step into our building.

Sure! We have spacious lockers that you can use for free. These are located in our basement lounge.

  • I'm an influencer, can we collaborate?

Thanks for your interest in our little hotel. We love influencers, and it's so awesome when we can collaborate. That said, we are tiny and offering free rooms when we only have 24 to share, can be challenging for our bottom line.  While we may not always be able to give rooms for free, we do hope you will still visit us when you're in Denver.
